A Colombiana and an American meet and fall in love. One of their first dates was over coffee. She takes him to Armenia, Colombia (Coffee Region) to meet the parents. On their travels they visit small coffee farms and for the first time he tastes fresh coffee in its purest form.

Over many trips and many cups of coffee they decide they have to share this ultra fresh coffee with the world. WILLY Cafe is born and named after the trucks (Los WILLYS) that haul coffee and produce all over Colombia and are considered a "National Treasure" by law. Also, he just loves trucks.

Our journey began with farm fresh coffee and ventured into raw organic cold-pressed juice. We then began harvesting and processing Florida coconuts into coconut water and now have become a craft beverage maker with the addition of our fresh seltzers and probiotics. In the end we make delicious healthy products for the whole family and continue to add to our product catalogue for our stores and website!
